Refund Policy
At NuAromas, we strive to deliver high-quality products free from defects and damages. However, should there be a need for returns, please review our Returns Policy below.
Incorrect Order:
If the items you receive do not match your order, please contact us within 5 working days from the date of delivery to arrange for collection and return. You can choose to have the items replaced with your correct order (if available) or receive a refund. NuAromas will cover the return shipping costs for incorrect orders. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
Faulty/Defective Warmers:
If you believe the warmer you purchased is defective, please reach out within 5 working days from the date of delivery to arrange for collection and return. The warmer must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all packaging and documentation included. NuAromas will cover the return shipping costs for defective warmers.
Damaged Items in Transit:
If your items arrive damaged and the damage is visible upon delivery, please note this on the delivery receipt. Be sure to report any damage to us within 5 working days from the date of delivery to arrange for collection and return. We will cover the return shipping costs for items damaged in transit. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
Exceptions / Non-returnable/refundable Items:
We DO NOT ACCEPT returns or refund for any used wax melts or other home fragrances, as is unfair business practices between you and NuAromas. If you're not satisfied with a particular scent, we recommend gifting it to someone who may enjoy it!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refund for sale items, free promo items or gift cards.
Refund Policy:
NuAromas hopes you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we aim to resolve it quickly. However, please note we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for opened or used products, unless they are faulty warmers. Postage and packaging charges are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
Eligible refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the returned items and will be issued to your original payment method.
How to Return Your Items:
If you need to return an item, please contact us, and we will guide you through the return process. It's essential to follow our instructions and send the product to the correct return address provided by our Customer Service team. Please note, if the product is returned to the wrong address, we reserve the right not to process the return or refund.

We reserve the right to use discretion for returns under these Terms and Conditions. If you received any multi-buy discounts or free offers based on your order size or value and return items (except for faulty warmers), we may either request the return of all items included in the offer or charge you the full price for any items you keep. This does not affect your statutory rights.
