We offer the following shipping methods: Standard, Expedited, and Express. Shipping options and rates can be selected during checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping method, and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. You can view the shipping cost during checkout before confirming your order.

4. International Shipping [Wholesale Only]:

NuAromas ships to select countries including the USA, Australia, and UK. [subject to change] International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status. If you do not receive your tracking number, contact our customer service for assistance.

6. Address Accuracy:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. NuAromas is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

7. Shipping Delays:

We strive to meet estimated delivery times, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, carrier issues, or customs processing. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages:

NuAromas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide a secure delivery location.

9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues:

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

10. Duty and Taxes [Wholesale Only]:

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These costs are the recipient's responsibility, unless the order qualifies for Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service. NuAromas is not responsible for non-delivery due to unpaid duties and taxes.

11. Shipping Protection:

We offer Route Insurance as an optional service to protect your purchase during shipping. When selected at checkout, Route Insurance covers your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit, providing peace of mind. If an issue arises with your shipment, please reach out to Route to file a claim for assistance. Note that Route Insurance is a non-refundable service and is required to activate coverage for your package.

12. *Priority Shipping Policy:

Orders that meet the FREE SHIPPING threshold will qualify for Priority Shipping, meaning your order will be processed and fulfilled before all standard orders. Plus, Priority Shipping includes free shipping at no extra cost. This is our way of ensuring your larger orders receive the fastest service possible!

Return Policy

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date. Please review our guidelines for returning items below:

1. Return Period

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date (according to tracking details). Ensure your return request is submitted within this timeframe.

2. Return Condition

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

4. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and processing costs.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Sale products and gift cards are non-refundable. Check product listings for specific return eligibility.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days, minus the restocking fee, and will be applied to your original payment method.
