Supply Chain Transparency

At NuAromas, we are dedicated to sourcing our materials responsibly and ensuring that our suppliers uphold the same ethical standards. Here’s how we maintain transparency and accountability within our supply chain:

  1. Supply Chain Verification

NuAromas requires all suppliers to comply with applicable laws related to forced labor, human trafficking, child labor, working conditions, harassment, discrimination, product safety, and security within our supply chain. We prioritize suppliers in regions with higher risk to ensure compliance.

We expect our suppliers to adhere to NuAromas’ Supplier Code of Conduct, which outlines our expectations on issues such as slave labor, human trafficking, and other social responsibility matters, including:

  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records to prove compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.
  • Establishing clear disciplinary procedures for employees engaged in any harassing practices, and communicating these policies to all staff and prospective hires.
  1. Supplier Audits

NuAromas or third-party auditors may conduct inspections to verify compliance with our Supplier Code of Conduct. These audits can involve worker and manager interviews as well as on-site inspections. Suppliers found in violation must create and implement corrective action plans, and follow-up audits may be conducted to ensure ongoing compliance.

  1. Supplier Certification

All NuAromas suppliers must certify in writing that they comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct, the legal requirements of the countries they operate in, and the standards of their industry.

  1. Internal Accountability

Our Supplier Code of Conduct is integrated into NuAromas’ daily operations. Our category management teams monitor supplier adherence to the Code and provide regular updates to senior leadership. We continuously assess and address emerging supply chain risks, ensuring quick responses to political and environmental changes.

  1. Training

NuAromas provides training for employees and management involved in supply chain operations to help them identify and address issues related to slavery, human trafficking, and other social responsibility concerns.

Our commitment to ethical sourcing ensures that every product we offer is crafted with care, responsibility, and respect for human rights.
