These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern purchases made through www.nuaromas.com. By placing an order with NuAromas, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not place an order through our website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an order, you:

• confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms
• consent to enter into this agreement electronically
• acknowledge that submitting your order constitutes your electronic acceptance of these Terms

2. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

NuAromas reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as:

• product availability
• pricing errors
• suspected fraud
• unauthorized resale activity
• inaccurate account or shipping information

Orders are considered final once submitted and may not be changed or canceled except at our discretion or where required by law.

3. Product Availability

We do our best to keep stock information accurate, but availability may change without notice.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may cancel that item and issue a refund for the unavailable item only. NuAromas is not liable for any loss beyond refunding the amount paid for the unavailable item.

4. Product Descriptions

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, and other content accurate, but we do not guarantee that all product information on the Site is complete, current, or error-free.

Minor variations in color, appearance, style, or packaging do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for refund, return, or store credit unless required by law.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and do not include shipping charges, handling fees, or applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price. If you have already been charged for a canceled order, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Prices, promotions, and offers may change without notice.

6. Promotional Codes and Offers

Promotional codes, discounts, bundle offers, and free gift promotions are subject to their own stated terms and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

NuAromas reserves the right to cancel or deny promotions where misuse, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.

7. Pre-Order Terms

If your order contains a pre-order item, your order may ship only once all items are available unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Estimated pre-order shipping dates are estimates only and may change. If you want in-stock items sooner, you should place a separate order.

NuAromas is not responsible for delays related to pre-order timing changes.

8. Personal Use Only / Resale Restrictions

Products purchased from NuAromas are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise approved by us in writing.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale or that exceed reasonable personal use quantities.

9. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Orders are shipped using carriers selected by NuAromas. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, risk of loss and title transfer to the customer, to the extent permitted by law. Customers should inspect delivered orders promptly and report visible shipping-related damage as outlined in our posted policies.

10. Order Issues, Returns, Refunds, and Store Credit

Purchases made through our Site are also subject to our posted policies regarding:

• shipping
• incorrect orders
• damaged items
• faulty warmers
• missing items
• used home fragrance products
• refunds, replacements, and store credit

NuAromas does not accept general returns unless specifically authorized by our team.

Used home fragrance products are not eligible for return or refund.

Where an order issue is verified, NuAromas may offer store credit, replacement, refund, or another resolution at our discretion, subject to our posted policies. Any package sent back without authorization may be refused or may not be processed.

If there is any conflict between these Terms of Sale and a more specific posted order-issue policy, the more specific posted policy will control. This section updates and replaces older return-language that suggested standard returns were generally accepted.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Except where prohibited by law, NuAromas disclaims all express or implied warranties not expressly stated on the Site, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NuAromas will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of any product.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for the product at issue. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply where prohibited by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where otherwise required by law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
